The X-365 precision XY gantry system is a modular linear-motor gantry platform designed for advanced manufacturing, robotics, and laser processing. Technology
Based on standardized industry-proven components, the X-365 gantry system offers various travel ranges and configurations to meet specific application requirements, thus ensuring adaptability and precision. Equipped with high-performance ironless linear motors, the system offers cogging-free motion, while absolute measuring encoders provide accurate position feedback without the need for referencing. The gantry system features precision recirculating ball bearing guides for superior stiffness and flatness, along with thermally decoupled components for enhanced performance stability. Additionally, the modular XY gantry system is supported by PI's comprehensive service offering to minimize installation effort and get started quickly.
Controller
The platform is compatible with a variety of control electronics. Depending on the requirements, it can be used in conjunction with the G-901.RA5486B high-end ACS controller, the G-901.RA5197 standard ACS controller, the ECMma cost-optimized controller, or discrete ACS components. If ordered along with the XY system, the control electronics ship preconfigured and ready for operation.
